  Just bought a car (2024 Toyota Grand Highlander) here yesterday (03/02/2026) and it has been a normal experience as I've bought cars before from small dealerships. I saw the car online and call first because after going to many dealership and them wasting my time eventhough they knew they won't go down to the price I wanted while I am pregnant irked me. Kofi was the salesperson I got and he was very nice and professional. He didn't hesitate on talking numbers via phone call which was surprising but very accommodating to me. We went back and fought and once we came to an agreement on price, I sent my husband to put down a down payment to hold the car and test drive and the works. I knew what I wanted, driven cars exactly like that before so my only concern was the price point that I wanted it to be. I worked with Kofi and he was absolutely great to me and quick to respond to me via text or call. I thought I was getting played but as an accountant, I ran the numbers and it looked good so no problem. They convinced me on the warranty and after sleeping on it, I had it removed and Klint asked why but eventually took it off afterwards. I did outside financing because I was given a better rate than what Autoshow could offer (After many car purchases, credit unions ALWAYS has the best rates but always shop around for everything) and there was a transfer fee of $1,000 on top of the final price that I did not understand but whatever. Today 03/03/2026, I got the car checked at my AAA office and after doing a Used car look over on it, cost me $95, they said the dealership took great care of it and it is surprising that they found NO issues at all. All that praising made me think they were also scamming me for a second but this location is not related nor in the same city as Autoshow. My overall experience was good, almost great. I will recommend to friends and family... eventhough they are a bit far from me. My husband wants to come back and get a car from here so we shall see if they'll get our business again. I am forever a Toyota gal and for sure a Highlander owner so if I am ever in need and I look around and they have one, I'll stop by to take a look... if it makes economic sense. I will add that everything is a choice, if you feel pressured to do something, get up and step away, even if it just stepping outside to collect your thoughts. No one will arrest you unless they are crazy... then you beat them up. 😆
