  I recently purchased a vehicle from Gene Pankey Motors, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. This being my first vehicle purchase from a dealership, my satisfaction with the experience cannot be overstated. I already knew exactly what vehicle I wanted before contacting the dealership, and the team made the process incredibly easy. Pricing negotiations were a little firm but completely fair, given the excellent condition of the car I wanted. A special thank you to Jack, who was great to work with throughout the entire purchase process. He was professional, patient, responsive, and straightforward every step of the way. Jack even went the extra mile to ensure the dealership held the vehicle for nearly two weeks while I got everything lined up and arranged travel plans to fly out and pick it up. That level of trust and customer service meant a lot and was greatly appreciated. I’d also like to thank Jason, who handled much of the paperwork on purchase day and made that part of the process smooth and efficient. Amber was equally helpful in making sure the title paperwork was processed and delivered promptly. She contacted me with tracking information the day it was shipped, and it arrived the very next day—another example of the team’s professionalism and attention to detail.   Customers are quick to share when they aren't satisfied, which is why I want to share a unique, positive experience. My car was practically turning into a Christmas tree with multiple warning lights flashing, the check engine light on, and the power steering periodically cutting out. Stressed and convinced the car was done, I looked for a replacement and reached out to Gene Pankey based on their great reviews. Instead of taking advantage of a desperate situation and pushing a sale, they did something incredibly rare: they put my needs first. They suggested I hold off on buying (my car is a 2020) and recommended a preferred mechanic to see what was actually wrong. It turns out the car wasn't dying at all. An animal had climbed into the engine bay and chewed through the wiring! Because of Gene Pankey’s integrity, I avoided a massive, unnecessary expense. They chose honesty over making a quick buck, and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days.
