  I honestly recommend this place. Buying a car is stressful especially when you have to do it unexpectedly. Cars are expensive but this dealership has prices that are reasonable for the market and competitively priced/lower than most dealerships in the area. Most of their vehicles have very low miles. They made the process of buying a car as simple and painless as possible. lol. I hate buying cars! Craig was very helpful, patient and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy. He offered coffee and water every time I came in. All of their vehicles have a 30 day warranty. Which is better than a lot of used lots in the area that sell as is. Travis was helpful with financing. I got a pretty good interest rate and put very little down. He also added a good extended mechanical warranty to my loan which gives me some extra peace of mind when buying a used car. . He even worked with me on my first payment date so that I have 90 days and can wait until after the holidays to start making payments. Then, After I bought the car I was struggling with having time and assistance with getting the car to my home. I was going to uber but I was also working from home and had so much going on with my kids home from school sick. So they delivered the vehicle to me ! This was a huge help and I really appreciated it. I then realized that the vehicle only had one key. . I was worried about this because I lose stuff a lot. I felt like they had been very helpful and almost didn’t want to ask but I did. I asked for a second key to see if they would consider it and they said yes and seemed happy to help. I really appreciate the support I’ve continued to have after I already purchased the vehicle. They already got my money but they have continued to be helpful. I can see that they are in it for the long haul. They care enough to want you to come back. They work hard for their good reputation. I will definitely come back the next time I need a vehicle. Thanks again guys!

  One of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. I went to another dealership a week before , and was immediately approached before I could get out of my car by multiple salesmen. At Gene Pankey I was immediately put at ease with Kevin and Jack’s calm demeanor. Kevin had the two vehicles I was interested in already pulled out ready to go for a test drive. Kevin also asked for my preferred pronouns. Come on diversity and inclusion! Travis in finance was awesome. We bonded over Prince, ,and he shared pics of his recent visit to Paisley Park. The vehicle I bought was purple, coincidence I think not lol. Run to Gene Pankey you won’t be sorry peeps.
