I saw the car I wanted online and called Luigi to discuss the car. I had to drive 5 hours down to Orlando to get it and Luigi had it cleaned and ready for me. He even stayed open a little late to make it happen. I test drove it, and signed all the paperwork. Everything was a breeze thanks to Luigi. I am very happy with my purchase and would purchase from them again.
Don’t buy from these guys because they were trying to sell us a van that didn’t even run over 10 miles an hour asking too much money for a vehicle. I’ve even let him know a few days in advance that I was coming by and he didn’t even get the vehicle ready for me. It’s a joke.
Bought a 2015 Honda Accord from this place (407 auto mall). Test drove the car and spoke with Luigi. The car seemed to be driving fine at first. He guaranteed the car was in great shape and had no issues at all. I bought the car cash and 2 weeks later the car started making engine noises. I contacted Luigi several times to check the issue as we agreed. At first he assured me everything was fine with the car and after the purchase, he switched up and started saying “well it’s a used car, as is”. I called and texted, and twice he promised to contact his boss and call me back with a resolution. He never called back. I tried to see if the mechanic that works with them could take a look at the car and they wouldn’t even help with that. I waited almost 2 months to try to resolve with them directly, still no answer back from them. Turns out the whole engine needs to be replaced (meaning thousands of dollars worth of repairs). The other reviews where the cars work great at first and show issues later are true. It’s possible they know about the issues with the cars and fix them up for the “test drive”. I regret buying from them, go elsewhere.
