  I had a great experience working with Adam at Alpha Luxury Motors. From the moment my daughter and I walked in Adam took the time to understand my needs and helped me get exactly what I wanted. The process took time due to the route I decided to purchase the car. Yet, Adam was understanding and patient with me without any pressure of trying to change my mind.   1 Star – Buyer Beware We paid $15,000 cash for a 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport at Alpha Luxury Motors and were pushed into a $2,600 “Gold” warranty. Within one day the nightmare began. A tire deflated because the valve was damaged. The check-engine light came on (I gave up on their “reimbursement” promises and paid for an oxygen sensor myself). We have to add coolant every month—a sign of an internal leak. Worst of all, the car won’t accept fuel. Every pump shuts off after a few seconds. This last problem is something the dealer had to know about—someone at the lot had to put gas in it. Selling a car with a fuel system issue like that is unacceptable. The “Gold” warranty has covered nothing. Repeated calls to get the fuel issue fixed have gone nowhere. We bought this car in good faith with CASH OUR TEENAGER SPENT YEARS SAVING. Instead we were sold a vehicle with serious, obvious problems and a useless warranty. I was ready to buy a second car here—never again. Avoid this dealership with your hard-earned money.
