  On Wednesday 02-25-2026 . I purchased a 2004 Ford expedition for $3,600. Before everything was finalized I asked (DYLAN KAYE) If the truck had any issues or anything to be concerned about he assured me nothing was wrong with it and it only needed an O2 sensor which the check engine light was on because of that. However less than 12 hours later the truck overheated and transmission is now slipping ,jolten and when stopped (depends on the terrain) rolls backwards. I have since then purchased a radiator and had to pay to get it installed. and took my vehicle to an independent mechanic and it showed a code for the PCM. I have since then Friday 02- 27-2026 call the business spoke to Dylan let him know what happened he said he was sorry for the inconvenience and someone will reach out to me. No one called me... so on Saturday 02-28-2026, I called back and an elderly man answer the phone I asked for Dylan he said he was not there I asked her a manager he said a manager was out and won't be back until Monday. 03-02-2026 Monday came I called once again asking for the manager Dylan answer the phone and said she won't be in that day she will be back today 03-03-2026. I've called twice already today and all I'm being told is it's (short staffed) and the manager is not in but somebody will contact me. So I took my vehicle once again to the mechanic and his computers is showing two different codes (SO NOW THAT'S 3 CODES).. ALL I'VE BEEN REQUESTING THROUGHOUT THIS WHOLE TIME IS THAT I JUST WANT IT FIXED DID NOT WANT TO COME AND DO A BAD REVIEW , DON'T WANT TO CONTACT NO ONE.. WE DID BUSINESS YOU HUMBLY TOOK MY MONEY WITH LAUGHS AND CONVERSATION ..AND I'M BEING DISMISSED WITH NO CONVERSATIONAL EXPLANATION JUST COLD. The fact of the matter is your business have a mechanic so says Dylan that's station right next door to you guys that you all use. You sold me a vehicle with pre-existent defaults That's a safety concern for me and my eight kids. Since I have entered a cat and mouse game moving forward now I'm going to file a complaint with the attorney general's office and also report you guys to Florida highway safety of motor vehicles..

  I bought a 2013 ram1500 from Matt and Dylan at right price autos. I thought it was a great deal but it was too good to be true. I got the truck and very next day had the regular maintenance done by a licensed ASE Shop. They did the oil change, coolant flush and spark plugs. 2 weeks later the head gaskets blew. It was so bad the heads had been ran hot for such a long period I had to get new heads and have a full rebuild done. I told Matt he sold me a warranty that didn’t cover anything since all the damage was due to years of over heating and issues before I bought it. He ignored me after that and didn’t care to cancel the warranty that was pointless. So I paid 11.5k for a truck to last 2 weeks and had to spend 8k to rebuild it and 1k on a Warranty that didn’t do anything. Last time I will trust Matt and Dylan from right price auto. The steering rack also went out and a brand new from Amazon is $1800. 2500 from dodge. I put less than 600 miles on this truck before having to do all this work. It’s been sitting for 3 months until I could get a loan for a complete rebuild. Right price autos has mostly auction cars you can’t rely on and Matt and everyone at price auto will ignore you and don’t care to make anything right. Save yourself the time and pay a few more grand for the same car somewhere else. If it’s too good to be true. It most likely is. Thanks Matt, Dylan and right price auto for selling me a 2013 ram with 185k for 21k pretty much. 👌 These are pictures of the camshaft and head gasket less the 1k miles after purchase. Lifters were seizing and ticking. Matt claimed it was the exhaust manifold. It was indeed the multiple lifters stuck rubbing the camshaft. I get the truck has 185k but I asked is anything wrong with it. At least be honest. You can’t trust anyone at right price autos to give you an honest answer. They just want a sale. Please don’t end up like me. I was so excited to by a truck after not owning one for 5 years and this is not what I wanted to get into. Missed out on a family truck for the holidays because This Dealer couldn’t just be honest. 12k should get you a car with a decent head gasket and last you more than 3 weeks before having to park it and do a rebuild and still had to replace the motor with a brand new one after in 3weeks of driving and 600 miles I’m in the car 25k for a 2013 ram1500 with 184k and I bought it with 183.345k.

  First of all, I loved the fact that this is a low pressure sales place! There isn't anyone hovering, which is an instant negative for my husband and I. I found a couple of prospects, went inside and spoke to the sales person, Tim Adams and he instantly went to work giving me all the information I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable and there was still no pressure. I went with one that I loved, he gave me the absolute best rate possible and I was out of there with the vehicle in less than an hour! This is the second vehicle we have bought from Tim and when it comes to used vehicles, do yourself a favor and go say Hello to Tim!
