  • This place is very sketchy. They would call you and give you some back door offer to cheat the system and then take it back when you make the time to the dealership in a bad area. I got a brand new Tesla immediately after because how frustrated I felt after dealing with them. Also, a major red flag is that they have in-house repair/mechanic attached to the shop.   • I walked into this dealership expecting a simple and professional appraisal — instead, I experienced a frustrating and disappointing waste of time. The staff lacked basic courtesy, and the person assisting me acted disinterested and dismissive throughout the interaction. What should have been a straightforward procedure dragged on far longer than necessary, with no updates while I waited. The place felt chaotic and uncoordinated — it seemed like no one was really in charge or knew what they were doing. If I could give zero stars, I would. The most ridiculous part? They couldn’t even provide their own appraisal. Instead, they had to wait for a CarMax quote before telling me their offer. A dealership that relies on another company just to tell you what your car is worth — what a joke. If you value your time and expect even a minimum level of professionalism, you’re better off going elsewhere.
