  • Overall, my experience was pretty decent buying my first car here. Azi was super friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout the whole process, which made everything way less stressful. There honestly wasn’t much room for negotiation, which was a little disappointing, but they were able to get me approved for a $15k loan as a first-time buyer with no credit history, which I really appreciated. They also gave me $11k for my 2018 Subaru Legacy trade-in even with some cosmetic issues, which helped a lot. Definitely grateful to have gotten into my new grey series BRZ :)

  • Dealer had 3 different ads on Facebook marketplace showing a price. Price brought me in. When got there was told price had gone up almost 1000 dollars due to the computer system setting price. They would not honor price that was advertised. Again, three different sales people, different ads on majetplace showing lower price. Ended up still buying it since wanted car. They said wouldn't lower it also since there was someone in Oregon going to come up to buy if I didnt. I'm sure that was true. Paid cash for car with a cashiers check. Then they wanted ss number..said no...thats the reason for cashiers check. For a car dealer they dont seem to know legal sales process.
