This was one of the greatest vehicle purchasing experiences I've ever had from start to end and beyond best auto sales has set the bar super high. From the moment I reached out, online communication has been non-stop and free-flowing. Shawn, the owner was the one completing the communication, and that is surprising to me. But I guess what he says on the website is true a family-owned business where they do their best to please the customer. I spoke to several people before purchasing the vehicle at the property and all of them echoed the same mentality as Shawn. This is rare in today's age of buying vehicles. Truth, patience, and sincerity.. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family this was a unforgettable experience and purchase.
The best service I have ever found. Shawn makes you feel more like family then a customer. They had a fantastic inventory and after doing an exhaustive online hunt we were able to find what we were looking, and then some, all in one spot and in our budget. I review a lot and can honestly say this is one of the best businesses I have the privilege to interact with in a long, long time. A+++++ my highest marks I can leave for this great business. I bought an Astro from these guys because mine was rusted beyond help. Being in New Hampshire and never having done anything like this, the transaction was really quite seamless and easy. I spoke with Shawn once or twice before pulling the trigger, he was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and very honest about the vans condition and the desirability of this model. They put a fresh coat of paint on it because the original was faded in spots according to him and did a great job! I had set up shipping through what I can only describe as a broker which I later found out is based in the UK. This didn't go well so after about a week Shawn stepped in and had it on the way to me in two days. It arrived in less than a week. Don't hesitate to do business with Best Auto Sales.
