  I wish I had listened to the warning signs. Just because a place is cheap doesn’t mean the cars or service will be any good. In fact, you’ll end up paying much more in stress, lies, and lost money. There is nothing “royal” about Best Royal Car Rentals. They sound polite and helpful over the phone, but don’t let that fool you — once they get your deposit, they’ll completely change. They scammed me out of my deposit, then tried to gaslight me with fake paperwork, false mileage claims, and made-up fees. When I asked for proof or clarification, they became defensive and shady. Eventually, they blocked my number, and any contact info they gave me went nowhere. This place preys on students, foreigners, and anyone unfamiliar with car leasing in the U.S. They take advantage of your trust and then leave you with nothing but lies. If you’re thinking of doing business with them — don’t. If you value your money and sanity, stay far away. Best Royal Car Rentals is not just unprofessional — they are deceptive and operating like a scam ring. Avoid at all costs.

When I asked for a clear breakdown of the costs or the account details, they avoided the questions completely. It gets worse—they blocked my phone number when I called back to follow up. They gave me a fake phone number for someone who could “help,” but that number doesn’t even work. When I tried calling the original number again, no one picked up, and eventually, I was blocked again. This is not a legitimate business. Their behavior is deceptive, unethical, and predatory. They will take your money and disappear. Please—do not trust this place. If you're a student, a new resident, or unfamiliar with U.S. car-buying processes, stay far away. There are honest dealerships out there, but this is not one of them. I sincerely hope this review saves someone else the headache, frustration, and financial loss I experienced

I’m writing this review to protect others from falling into the same trap — especially students, foreigners, or anyone unfamiliar with car leasing in the U.S. Here’s exactly what happened: I was scammed out of $500 under the claim that it was a “fully refundable deposit.” After I paid, they suddenly changed the story and presented fake paperwork to justify keeping the money. None of it matched what we discussed, and the numbers were clearly made up to cover their tracks. They also made a series of false promises about the condition of the car I leased. They assured me it would be fully serviced and inspected, but when I picked it up, there were multiple issues they completely neglected, including [insert a specific example if you have one — e.g., brakes, tires, lights, registration, etc.]. When I tried to reach out to resolve the issue: They stopped answering my calls They blocked my number They gave me a fake “support” number that doesn’t work This is a dishonest operation designed to take your money and avoid accountability.
