Mr. Sauceda provided outstanding service while helping my sister with her vehicle. From the beginning, he made us feel welcome and ensured the entire process went smoothly. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Thank you, Mr. Sauceda, for such an amazing experience—we truly appreciate your professionalism and support.
It’s a good service with good customer care; they leave the cars in great condition. You just need to be patient—they keep their word.
Bought a used ford F150 truck from BSA auto in march 2025 for cash. Was given a 6 months 6000 miles warranty. On the first night owning the truck, I had to sleep on the road. One of the mismatched tires blew and I had no spare , no jack or tool to change wheel. Things did not fare better afterwards. I took the truck back in to take care of electrical problems I had from the start that they said they would take care of , like the right signal light not working, driver window not working, radio playing when the truck is off. And the engine light on.The owner who is only there at the lot to take your money was out of town when I call to pick up the truck. He told me it was ready. When I got there two days later that was when they started to work on the truck. They clear the check engine light , which came right back on as soon as I drove off the lot. The only thing that was fixed was the turn signal. The truck stalled at the gas station it just cut off and, wouldn't start. I checked all fluids , turned off the air conditioner and waited . After about 30 minutes I tried to start it and it started right away like nothing happened. It would do this 3 times more in the next month the last time at the traffic light during rush hour. When I got home I text the owner. He's out of the country. After some heated exchange he said he will not honour the warranty which is still valid. I am in the process of legal representation. But if I can stop anyone from making a $10.000 mistake with Luis Saucedo It will be worth it. The man is a liar, and a con. People should stay away from BSA used cars .
