  • I bought my first car here — a 2011 Subaru Legacy — in mid-March for just over $6,000. I paid for it myself with my savings, so this was a huge deal for me as a 19-year-old. By the end of April, it started having major issues: stalling randomly (it’s not even a manual??) and shaking so bad it was scary and actually unsafe to drive. I took it back to ICAR Motors hoping they would actually help since I had just bought it, but all they did was replace the spark plugs and told me it was “all fixed.” It definitely wasn’t, because the same issues started happening again not even 2 weeks later. I ended up taking it to the Subaru dealership because every possible dashboard light was on, and they found a ton of serious problems. The mechanic literally said it wasn’t worth fixing because the repairs would cost more than what the car is worth. So now I’m stuck with a car that barely runs, and my entire savings are gone. I really feel like I got scammed. They sold me a car that clearly had issues, didn’t take accountability, and now I’m left with nothing. If you’re thinking about buying from here — don’t. Especially if you’re young and buying your first car. They’ll take advantage of you.

  • I had an accident in my other car and needed a car so bad and was in bad situation but they did not get any advantage of my situation and offered me a really good deal. I would recommend this dealership it to all but specially Afghani community as the prices are good and no pressure to sell you the car. Thanks to Bashir and all his brothers.
