I purchased a car in 2025 with Gap and an extended warranty. I reached out to Jaime about the car I found on their website. They even stayed over to accommodate my schedule. I really appreciated his transparency and ethic behind connecting customers to a car. I was in high need and it was urgent, they made sure the car would fit my situation as best as possible. The rest of the sales team were also supportive as a took a while asking questions, and understanding any costs. I was fortunate to get approved for a loan through my bank. The financial department was also transparent and helped me understand that coverage I would get. I never want anything to happen to my car ( I love it so much !) but I have a lot of peace of mind. If you want an honest and ethical dealership, this is the one. 8 months later, my car is in great condition. The dealership will not give you superficial cars, they ensure the car is 100% maintained. I'm a very critical consumer from being burned by other dealerships, and they were very understanding of that. They have a lot of integrity and in this current moment in time that's very rare. 20/10 would purchase another car here.
Called them about a recall on my car. I was told the recall is a quick fix so bring it by and they'll do it and no appointment needed. I go today and was told no one could do it and I'll need to make an appointment for next week. I was even told with an appointment there's no guarantee on a tech can start it at or near my appointment time. I called the Patterson GMC while still in the Bonander parking lot. Patterson said bring it in now and they'll do the recall. I get to the Patterson location and my car was brought right back. The recall took 15 minutes and I was on my way. Don't waste your time going to Bonander GMC. It could use a major remodel and could use new staff. Drive the 30 minutes and take your car to Patterson.
We purchased our truck from Bonander Buick GMC last Saturday and had such a great experience working with Gilbert, Jamie, and Olie. They were all knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. Their hospitality and customer service truly stood out and made the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We really appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was.
