  • I bought a pick up there and finance through westlake finance and was told the payment was due on the 4, well I couldn’t make the first payment on the 4th and made it on the 19 th after I had told them and was told ok. I was told by Anthony the truck was a buy back so I lost the truck, no one told me if the payment wasn’t made by the 14 this was going to happened . Then Anthony then try to sell me the truck for double he bought it back . He took my 4 ooo I put down on the truck so if I don’t have the vehicle I should get my money back. When he tried to put me in another loan he used that 4 ooo as the down payment but I never sign a new loan and it was closed. This place is a rip off. The truck had no heat or air, broken windshield that was supposed to be fixed. Also couldn’t passed inspection,

Anthony was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire process, very honest and it really was NO HIDDEN FEES. I went to look a van I saw on their website and ended up buying an even better vehicle. Anthony, Gary the whole team was great. I highly recommend this dealership for a smooth and honest car buying experience. Note: Juan Carlos is also a great guy, he didn't hesitate to help me on a really hot day!
