  I came here too early first time. Tracy offered to make me a good deal and I knew I had to test drive more of these older model Subarus. I’m a FL girl so AWD is new to me. I also knew I wanted the rubber mats, good tires, and a back up camera. So, my budget was for 2010’s and older in Seattle. Finding this beautiful 2013 with only 2 owners who cared for the car well I was thrilled. Chris was great to share the features I didn’t even realize the car had. So, I doubled back after securing the car with a small deposit. The paperwork was easy and I walked away with everything AND MORE I wanted at a price in line with my budget. Thank you Chris and Tracy for bringing good cars at great prices and with dignity and kindness. I’ll let you know when I’m ready to buy again.

  After spending many discouraging days and hours scouring the internet looking for a replacement vehicle, I was doubtful I’d find what I wanted for a price I could afford. I was about to call it a day when I came across a 2012 Kia Soul listed by Enumclaw Auto Exchange. I immediately called them and had my initial phone conversation with Mike Taylor, the Sales Mgr. I told him the out-the-door, bottom line $$ amount I could offer for the vehicle, and he quickly calculated and responded with his bottom line as well. The $$ amount he quoted me seemed fair and reasonable as it was not quite $300 over my max. Quotes I had from other Dealers ran from $1K to $1.5K over my max for comparable vehicles. After having my additional questions answered, I was ready to make the 117-mile trip to Enumclaw, and though I had to scramble, I was able to find myself a ride over there the very next day. I was quite pleased with the vehicle when I first saw it, as it looked even better than it did online. After a test drive and some further investigation, I knew my travel time had not been in vain. It surpassed my expectations, and the paperwork was handled quickly, simply, and efficiently. I had the option of driving it home that day, but am choosing to wait 'til a friend is able to do it for me. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences thus far, as everyone’s been especially accommodating. Other than my travel time, it's been almost effortless for me. I'm looking forward to the arrival of my wonderful new vehicle, and envision us enjoying many wonderful years on the road together.
