I went after browsing the online site(which is awesome and easy to use) and finding a vehicle I was interested in. Upon arrival I was not approached immediately. So you don't have to worry about push salesmen. Once I spoke to the brothers who own it I was treated very well. The car I wanted had some issues and they were very open about it, they even tried to convince me to get something else because of it. I found this to be very admirable. The buying process was so quick, I mean I felt like I was getting it for free. They have great prices and a small warranty on most vehicles. Highly recommend them!
Recently purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia and traded in a 2003 GMC Yukon. They gave me a fair trade in allowance and great price on the Acadia. 2 days after purchase unfortunately, the transmission quit operating on the Acadia. I called and spoke with Ramon. He arranged to have the Acadia picked up from my house and provided a loaner vehicle for use while they repaired our Acadia. They installed a remanufactured transmission and had the vehicle back to me within 5 days! No hassles and all done very personally and professionally and all at no charge! Being a retired automotive shop owner for 25 years and worked in dealerships for 22 years prior, I was very impressed with the service and handling of our situation. I highly recommend Ramon and his staff if you are looking for a used vehicle. They back up their sales with great service and customer care!
