I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and never made me feel pressured. They answered all of my questions, were honest throughout the process, and made buying my vehicle quick and easy. The dealership was clean, organized, and had a great selection of trucks. Nothing but great things to say about the place and the people in it, from the first call with Sergey after finding a truck I was interested in to the minute we shook hands and signed papers. Sergey is extremely knowledgeable and straightforward about everything which is not only rare in the auto sales business but it's something I look for, we talked on the phone I filled out an application and within 30 minutes he got back to me on it with a thumbs up and between a great price on a great truck and speaking with him and realizing this guy was the real deal I was happy to drive almost 5 hours to pick it up 100% worth it! When I got there the truck was front and center waiting for me he tossed me the keys and said go for a drive and so including the test drive and paperwork the whole process took maybe 25 minutes.. very smooth and professional! I will most definitely be buying my next truck here in the future, thank you Sergey for a great truck at a great price and an overall great experience!
