  Sergey has a great team behind him . Not only did he constantly and consistently make sure I was handled with any questions answered he makes magic happen . I’m a struggling small business owner that’s trying to rebuild my credit but it’s still bad ( credit ) and he could have sent me packing as I started to kind of walk away he kinda did his sergey smile and chuckle and said no no no I’ve gotten it done for way worse and you don’t know until you try. And try he did for me and I knew it because of his unwavering confidence and conviction. He knows the game . And I know he knows the game because I’ve been in the game just on the other side working on the cars . Don’t be fooled this is no greasy sketchy average car salesman dealership with mechanics in the back working on your vehicle that couldn’t tell their arm from their wrench that we all hate and think of , he does this everyday for years so if he gets a little frustrated just know it’s not meant to be directed at you , it’s because he is actually trying without any give to get you into the truck you want and doing what he does day in and out really gets to you between bad lowballer customers that complain about everything and want something for nothing to the banks that can be even worse. It started off with me and him going back and forth a little because we are both that type of personality and ended with having a new friend and place to send people for great trucks . Don’t let his unfiltered energy fool you , under that is a great great guy that really does care and got me in the truck I didn’t even think I could get in. It was actually my 2-3 pick because of i just didn’t thing I could get it . If your looking for your next truck stop by classic motors , talk to sergey and give them a chance . They always have something for someone and constantly getting new in all the time and their whole team are hustlers . And I mean that in a good way , like me and I can appreciate that. One quick story . First day I brought my f350 Powerstroke home I remembered I was so elated to have gotten it I completely forgot to look under the hood apparently because I was looking under so many hoods that day and it all happened so fast which is another plus for sergey , he gets you in and out as fast or faster then I’ve seen any other big name dealership . Anyway , so I’m checking around and first notice low coolant , ok not to big of a deal , I add some . Then I notice a crack in the top boost hose . So I immediately send sergey the picks and details and without any delay he IMMEDIATELY sends back we will order the part NOW , soon as it comes in I’ll let you know and you come straight down !As he did. So me being a ( retired mechanic ) even though I didn’t work on diesels I know enough and had found where the coolant leak was coming from. Sergey hits me , I’m on the way to the dealership right away .I’m on good terms with lead mechanic which btw is incredible at what he does and is a fantastic guy. So I walk in , he’s belly deep in a Cummins I tell him I’m here and for what he says ok just one min . Comes right over to my truck we talk for a min. And I say ok well I I know it’s not a big job but they are always busy so i figured , AS LITERALLY ANY OTHER SHOP WOULD DO , I said ok my ride will take me home and I’ll get a call tm maybe some time to come pick just tell Sergey to let me know as soon as it’s ready to be picked up , thanks !it Nope , he says o no no ill do it right now and he wasn’t kidding on spot right where I parked at outside their garage maybe 15-30 min tops and he had both issues done . Ladies and gentlemen, THAT is great service . Se if ANYOTHER shop or dealership would do that for you especially being slammed busy . O yea , and didn’t ask for a dollar . I still tipped him because he did a huge favor and that’s a stand up guy . So now I have two new friends and a new truck and a new dealership😁. Couldn’t be happier . THANKS CLASSIC MOTORS!!!!
