  I am usually weary of used car dealerships. I like to purchase directly from the car manufacturer/dealer with my personal vehicles. For my growing construction company- I knew I had to keep things at a reasonable budget but still find something reliable & work with good, honest people. I’m so grateful I found Sammy and his brother- these are the lost trustworthy guys. Didn’t feel sold to- just felt taken care of. It was a huge blessing for my family and my business to find such a great resource as I continuously expand my company. Every vehicle in their lot was MINT. These guys carry fleet vehicles that are WELL maintained. The quality is high, the price is competitive, and they worked with me though I didn’t have the best credit. They even threw in a cargo rack free of charge since the model I chose didn’t have one installed already. What more can one ask for? I plan on coming back soon!

  Grand Lux Auto is where we purchased the first Ford Transit Connect for the Red Brick Transport fleet, and the experience exceeded our expectations. After researching multiple dealerships, we found the best combination of price, transparency, and customer service with Sammy. We’re based in Pittsburgh, but we made the drive to Chicago because of the confidence he gave us from our very first conversation. I found the van online, submitted an inquiry, and Sammy responded almost immediately. Before we even left Pennsylvania, he provided all the documentation we needed to review the vehicle and prepare our records. When we arrived, the van was exactly as advertised, ready to go, and he took the time to walk us through a thorough inspection without any pressure. What really stood out was that the service didn’t end after the sale. Nearly four months later, I reached back out with a question related to the vehicle, and Sammy once again went above and beyond to help. In an industry where trust matters, Sammy earned ours. We’ll absolutely make the trip again when it’s time to add another vehicle to the Red Brick Transport fleet. Highly recommended!

  This place is truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Sammy was incredibly friendly .. so much so that I honestly feel like I’ve gained a new friend through this experience. He was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful every step of the way, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my decisions. What really stood out was his transparency and the time he took to help me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers like that. If you’re looking for a solid, reliable vehicle and an overall great experience, I highly recommend this place.
