  I'm happy with the vehicle I purchased but was told by the owner my vehicle would be detailed cause it was still dirty inside and would cover the labor cost to fix the non working horn. Long story short detailed sucked and so did the service. The two times I called to schedule the horn repair I was told they will call me back shortly and then never hear from them. It's been weeks and at this point I'd rather not deal with these people and they deserve the one star. Spent $8700 and still have to spend an additional $7900 to repair all the things wrong with the vehicle.

  They were amazing! My boyfriend had a horrible experience at a different auto place. We came here and they treated him great! Test drove a vehicle (Dodge ram) and he absolutely loved the rig! The customer service is outstanding. They are very fair and reasonably priced!! Nice crew!! But the only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the place! It needs a woman's touch! Sadly we notice things like that!! But these guys are great guys. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of, at any time!!! Thank you

  They get a 10 out of 10 in my book because I bought a car from them paid for it. It had a little bit of trouble. I had to get it back to Bend and one of their mechanics came fixed it up. I made it home safely and the car runs great thank you Edgewater Auto care for your polite and Professionalism hope to see you again for future car purchase
