  • If I could have went back in time and never purchase a vehicle from them, I would! While yes they were negotiable, the wife was in a rush as we were processing the financing and I should have taken that as a red flag already. Within the first two weeks, the water pump, thermostat, AND timing belt went out and when we called to use the warranty to fix it, the wife claimed we “abused” the vehicle. When clearly they just didn’t care to make sure this vehicle was good before selling. THANKFULLY we drove it out of town (which was when it happened) before our 30 day warranty ended. If we had not, who knows when it would go out and we’d have to pay out of pocket (i’m sure they were hoping this). Anyway I’m a very urging person so even with their HORRIBLE communication I continued to call them everyday until the day I was able to get it fixed under the warranty. NEXT! the stereo/touch screen went out. (mind you it has not been a month). Do yourself a favor & NEVER buy from these people. They may seem caring and friendly at first but don’t be as gullible as I was. They will not communicate with you if you have any car issues & will make you wait days/weeks to fix whatever is wrong.
