  What a great experience! I've been looking for this car for awhile! Couldn't believe my luck, the car was even better than what I was expecting. We love it, but most of all, Jeremiah was very friendly and courteous. Our expectations were not just met, they were exceeded and they went above and beyond. Highly recommend Jeremiah, thank you again. Glad we found each other!

  My partner and I came here to get a car and the initial process was great- got a very good deal, everything went smooth. We got a 30 day warranty on any major issues. Well within those 30 days, we reached out that we were having a sensor issue and a transmission issue. It has been months now and it took from the first week of September until October 21st to hear back to bring the car in. I was told they would reach out the next week because they had to order a part. we have now been ghosted. We have sent 6 messages asking for an update or any information at all and the owner has read and ignored all of the messages. Honestly am unsure if this is a result of busy-ness, or a genuine scam to try to make us not have him fix the issues, but it has been incredibly frustrating nonetheless. Overall, at this point I can’t recommend this place unless the car you’re getting has 100% no issues and you are able to confirm that before purchase. EDIT: I have now gone through the other reviews others have left about the same issue, and it seems he is copy & pasting the same message to everyone: wonder if it’ll be the same one he leaves here? For research, here is the message he continues to copy & paste: “ we take customer concerns seriously and have made multiple offers to inspect and address the vehicle's condition. The account posted here contains inaccuracies and because you have declined our inspection and have posted repeated negative content instead of engaging with us, it appears to be a retaliatory attempt to obtain compensation outside of normal channels. We do not tolerate extortionate tactics.”

  My opinion buying from Love Over the summer I bought a use car for 10k from Love auto and put about 5k on the car. Then I got creaking and clunking in the front end. All control arms need to be replaced and a plethora of other issues were found. Equaling over 8k in repairs needed. Oh and I knew I needed tires but one had a bent rim and was worn so dangerously it could have blown on the highway luckily I changed tires and found it. So repairs needed close to what I paid for the car. Should have paid to have the car inspected myself but I had really no idea repairs would Capt's close to what I paid and potentially putting me and other people in danger because they missed a bent rim and bad tire. I would be careful buying from Love and do your due diligence. I am responding to Love Auto replay and this is my opinion on this matter. They lied in their replay about possibly helping out and basically ignoring me. These main issues just didn’t happen, oil leaks, all control arms failing at once in 5k miles. Here is the problem i have first i trusted them and drove the car feeling it was safe it was not, bent wheel and dry rotted tires and one so worn could have let go while driving. After knowing all these issues existed and knowing they said they inspected the car. Either they knew about them and ignored it and did not disclose it or they are incompetent. my opinion is that either way it was incredibly dangerous. The repair bill is what I paid for the car. I am writing this because if they did this to me they will do it to you and possibly put you or your family in an unsafe car. They also said they highly recommended i get an independent inspection they never said this ever to me. I should have but i trusted them when they said they inspected the car thoroughly obviously they did not. Again this is my opinion and experience that I’ve had with Love Auto Group Please be safe and get your car inspected independently if you buy here. Total repair cost from a reputable European repair shop to pro repair in the car. 9,959.77. Purchased the car for 10k.
