I met with Harrison to purchase my new Mercedes, and I had a great experience here! He was incredibly professional, accommodating, and patient while my Dad and I compared the two cars we test drove. I found a car with under 75K miles for a GREAT value, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service and car I received at Lucky Motors!! 10/10 customer service, I will be recommending this location to my neighbors and friends!
I had a great experience with Lucky Motors. It’s a family-owned business, and you can truly feel the difference in how personable and welcoming they are. There was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics, just honest, helpful service from start to finish. They take the time to listen and make sure you’re comfortable with your decision. The entire process felt easy and stress-free, and their team goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such a genuine, down-to-earth approach. I highly recommend Lucky Motors and will definitely be coming back in the future.
I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from Lucky Motors to proceed with extreme caution, especially if you’re purchasing from out of state. I relied on the dealership’s representations because I was unable to inspect the vehicle in person before delivery. I was assured by Harrison that the car had no significant issues. However, immediately after the vehicle was unloaded from the transport truck, the check engine light came on. When I contacted Harrison the same day, he told me to have the vehicle repaired and send him the bill, stating that the dealership would cover the cost. After I did exactly that, they refused to honor their commitment. Since then, they have stopped answering my calls and have ignored my attempts to resolve the matter. To make matters worse, the dealership sent me an incorrect DMV payment, which prevented me from registering the vehicle properly. As a result, I had to pay approximately $600 out of my own pocket for the sales tax and related registration costs. Despite repeated requests, they have not reimbursed me. Based on my experience, I found the dealership’s customer service and post-sale support to be extremely disappointing. If you’re buying from out of state and cannot inspect the vehicle yourself, I would recommend looking elsewhere. My experience has been costly, frustrating, and left me feeling that the promises made during the sale were not honored.
