  • I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience. I flew in from Alabama on a $700 flight to purchase a truck that they told me was ready, only to find out after arriving that the vehicle had been placed in the shop for an oil pump issue. Because it was Memorial Day weekend, I was told the truck would not be repaired until sometime next week. I tried to remain understanding and asked Don what the resolution would be and whether the dealership could assist me with getting back home. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing they could do. As a result, I am now out over $1,500 in flights and Uber expenses and still left without a vehicle. What disappointed me the most was the lack of customer service after everything that happened. They did not even offer me a ride back to the airport. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.Don didn’t even give me a call to try to tell me that the truck wasn’t ready knowing I was coming to pick it up.

  • Pleasant experience. Rory was very helpful and really appreciate that he’s also a car enthusiast. Finance manager was really friendly and straight forward. Didn’t feel like they were hiding anything from me. Just some friendly people running a friendly auto store!
