  • I saw a car and they talked me into putting in a deposit on it to hold it until a mechanic could come check it out. they reassured me I would get deposit back for any reason. Cesar lied to me about a vehicle being in an accident so the next day I called and emailed like they instructed and asked for my refund well within the 7 days. They said no you need to come in to do it. So I go in and they still argue with me but Cesar promised first thing the next day. He said the other guys didn't know how to refund. He gave me his word. Never refunded me. Stole my credit card information so now my bank is doing a dispute and carefully watching my account. Please beware Cesar is very shady and will steal your credit card and use it and will not refund you within the 7 days. Shady Cesar beware of this place.
