  I brought my 2011 Lexus RX 450h in for hybrid battery service and had an outstanding experience. Reza handled the entire process and was excellent from the start. He walked me through exactly what the proper procedure should be, explained the costs ahead of time, and made sure I understood everything so there were no surprises. That level of transparency is rare and very much appreciated. They replaced the hybrid battery with a remanufactured system, a new Lexus 12v battery, performed a transmission service, and changed the oil. The work was completed within a couple of days, and Reza personally called me as soon as the car was ready. What really impressed me was the level of customer care. I live in downtown Los Angeles, so getting to the shop is easily an hour drive. They arranged to stay open later so I could drop off my car and avoid traffic, and they even provided a loaner car—which was an unexpected and very helpful perk. I was hoping to see my friend Arash when I came in, but he was away. Reza stepped in and took incredible care of me. Communication was excellent the entire time. A special thank you as well to Mr. Nourmahnad, Arash’s father, who kindly washed the loaner car and made sure the mirrors and windows were spotless before I left. That personal touch meant a lot. My RX currently has 199,353 miles, and I’ve owned it since new. I had been debating whether to keep my 15-year-old car or replace it, but after this service—and with the new hybrid battery that comes with a two-year warranty—I genuinely feel confident this car could easily go another 150,000 miles. I’m extremely happy to have my car back and running perfectly. Highly recommended. If you want honest advice, excellent communication, and real customer care, this is the place to go.

  The service here was above and beyond. My Lexus hybrid was sitting for 2 years. I didn't know what to do with it it wouldn't budge. I towed it to a friend who had trouble with it as well. He found Ace Hybrid Tech. When I say they kept me informed every step of the way you can take that to the bank. I thought it was going to be a month or more. In 4 days they told me they fixed the hybrid battery. But that there was another problem. My fuel pump. We got the part ordered and when it came in they installed it and just like that I had my car back. It needed a desperate oil change they even gave me the information of a shop they work with. They took my car asap. I never thought my car was going to be up and running. I really thought I was going to have to junk it. Thanks to Ace Hybrid Tech that was not the case. Thank you all for all your hard work.

  My Honda Civic hybrid was giving me problems with all the lights on the dashboard on. I called multiple mechanics specializing in Hybrids and NONE of them said they can help me until i called ACE HYBRID TECH. They were quick with just 1 hr to get the job done and fix my hybrid. They were so kind and honest with what needed to be fixed and they provided GENUINE HONDA parts that was needed. I will be returning if anything else happens to my car. You can count on them! 👍🏽
