  • Incredible place I found. Talked to Moe and he is such a detailed person. Smart and knows everything about EVs. Has a degree in electrical engineering at CSULB. I did so much research before wanting to come here. I was about to make a purchase from other companies like Electron, Greenbean, Grrentec, but ended up going with Ace because you cannot beat Toyota OEM. Ours lasted 15 yrs on the original Prius battery. The warranty here is outstanding and cannot be matched elsewhere. I also noticed the shop is super clean and organized. I went to other hybrid shops for my mom’s Prius and trust me Ace is levels above. They actually speak English. Our brand new OEM hybrid battery pack was done in less than an hour. I’ll be recommending Ace to friends and family.

  • Had intermittent shutdown issue on my 2008 ford escape hybrid that dogged me for a year and 3 different mechanics. Ace figured it out at a lower price than a Ford Dealer. Just took it on a 300 mile road trip with no issues.
