  • Not the place if you have open loans or repos and they will run your information knowing you cannot get approved. I struggled with work after the shut down in October, which set me back in paying my car note followed by my car completely breaking down. Like most people, I fell behind on the note and decided to go for a new car altogether. I recently began working and am just a mother and wife trying to start over. I inquired about a vehicle in which Alex got back to me. I explained that I understand most companies deny for open auto loans but I have a decent amount to put down and would love to try them out. Rather than being HONEST they still ran my credit just to ask me about the open auto loan I have and denied me. I asked why did they run my information or not be honest when I told them prior? At the moment of me writing this post, it’s been 3 hours and still no response! Just want to save anyone from the hassle who may have a similar issue. Pretty taken back, that I was denied by a company that has numerous cars over 100k miles .
