  Mike and his crew made purchasing a new car so much more worth it and it was a great experience especially after going to Ryan Phelps and not having a very good experience. Thank You Risen Auto for helping me purchase my first vehicle.

  We bought a used Chevy truck from Risen Auto in August 2025. They suggested a third-party warranty at the time of sale, which we purchased — it turned out to be worded so narrowly that it ended up covering nothing when we actually needed it. Almost immediately, the truck started falling apart. Here's what went wrong: - Four-wheel drive didn't work - Air conditioner needed fixing — twice - Bad universal joints that needed replacing - Fuel pump module needed fixing - Muffler fell off - Entire Exhaust System redo Shortly after buying it, we brought the truck to Risen Auto for the four-wheel drive issue (which wasn’t covered under the warranty). We did not have a great experience with them fixing said issue, thus future issues were handled through our own mechanic. I'll also mention — the loan company Risen Auto uses to finance these vehicles has been an awful experience to deal with. I understand that's not directly their fault, but as the ones connecting buyers to that lender, I'd hope they reconsider who they work with. If you're considering buying from Risen Auto, please look elsewhere. We trusted them, got sold a truck with a long list of problems, and got no real help when we asked them to make it right. They also market themselves as a Christian-owned business, which makes this experience even more disappointing. If someone unfamiliar with that community has this as their first interaction, it's a poor reflection of who they are supposed to represent. We will not be returning, and we hope this review saves someone else the same headache.

  Shit service! Bought a truck off them a year ago bought a warranty with the truck never received it than said it was there mistake promised 30,000 mile 3 year one or something like that still nothing good thing i can work on my own vehicle or id be real screwed. The only good thing about these guys is they can get u approved with a low credit score. I dont recommend these guys unless your desperate for a vehicle like i was because there over priced scam artists!
