  My wife, Valerie, and I recently purchased a vehicle from Risen Motors, and we wanted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience. Unlike previous car-buying experiences, which were often characterized by high-pressure sales tactics and protracted negotiations, our visit to Risen was remarkably different. From the outset, the sales representative’s approach was refreshingly low-pressure and accommodating. He readily provided access to the vehicles we were interested in and patiently answered all our questions. This positive initial interaction was further enhanced by our meeting with the owner, who took the time to discuss his business philosophy and offered us refreshments. His transparency regarding financing options and available warranties was particularly appreciated. We expressed some initial concerns about the vehicle, and the owner addressed them directly and proactively. While there was a minor delay in obtaining a necessary part, the dealership's provision of a loaner vehicle demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. The final price was also surprisingly favorable. Overall, the entire process was efficient, transparent, and stress-free.   Mike and Robert are very rude to their customers. I went in there to get my starter looked at so they put a new one in then mike comes around after I got it fixed. He told me i kept on harassing him and his workers about fixing it while I still had a warranty underneath so if you’re looking for a vehicle, go somewhere else because these people will be rude to you I have gotten two vehicles from him and this is how he’s going to treat me and that kid Robert is useless cause he’s always rude. He doesn’t know what he is doing and after we left his shop, he made my mother cry. What kind of Christian man says something like that to my mother
