  • Update: I did this once so I hope I’m not duplicating, but it doesn’t seem to have updated. After several days of back and forth, the matter has been resolved favorably. We received our promised refund. He even offered to cover the cost of my gas from driving up there last weekend. I declined, but do appreciate the offer. All we ever wanted was either the game or the money paid for the game. I can’t in good conscience give them a five star, but I can say I really feel like this was not normal operating procedure for this store. I think we just were the unlucky customer to receive some poor communication and no item sent. They have made it right and we are pleased with the outcome. My initial review has been removed because while it was an honest detailing of all that happened, they have made us whole and I am pleased with the resolution. Again, I feel this was just an unusual situation and does not reflect their day to day handling of business.

  • I am truly amazed by the customer service. Matt did an excellent job explaining the different game systems in a way that was easy to understand. I needed to get a Nintendo Switch for my 6-year-old son, and when we came into the shop, my son was smiling from ear to ear. It was a great experience from start to finish.
