  • We had a great experience working with Jacob and Melissa to select and purchase a reclining sofa set a few months ago. They were informative, patient, and genuine, which was refreshing. After looking at furniture in Wayne's, we visited other furniture stores, and the customer service experience did not compare. The quality of the furniture is great at Wayne's, but it was ultimately the customer service that brought us back. We opted for the white glove delivery service, as recommended, and I'm so glad we did. The furniture was delivered as expected and with care. We'll definitely visit Wayne's for our next purchase.

  • DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE!!! the only reason they have good reviews is because at the time of purchase they give a gift if you fill out a 5 star review which I previously did. After purchasing my couch they lied about the delivery time. It almost doubled and still couldn’t give me an exact date. I ended up canceling my contract because I found the exact same couch at ashley(where the couch is from) at a way better price and financing offer. Their in house financing is a scam. If you don’t pay within 90’days the price of the furniture triples over a year and they take out bi weekly payments. READ THE FINE PRINT. Then I had to call multiple times to get my refund - which I’ve seen previous reviews about as well. It’s been over two weeks and the owner kept telling me he refunded it. I finally had to call and get upset about the situation. I’m going to end up disputing it through my bank if I don’t see it soon. Save yourself the headache and just go to Ashley outlet where they have all the same furniture available at a way better deal.

  • Absolutely amazing service!!!! Melissa called me and gave me as much information over the phone as she could before visiting. She stayed in contact with me until I was ready to purchase. I also spoke with Jake over the phone who sent me pictures and gave me delivery timeframes. They both provided even greater service when I was there in person accommodated my price point without the haggle! I will definitely return to add pieces to my ModMax
