  I needed a phone and had been looking around for awhile and found these guys on offer up. From the very first point of contact I was impressed with their customer service. I made my way down to their shop in Laguna Niguel and I was greeted by Alex, he is just amazing 😊 he answered my questions and was patient with me. He gave me a great deal on an iPhone and I walked out happy! I will be here again when my son needs a new phone in a few months! Would highly recommend this place and would definitely recommend Alex!   Iliya and Mohammed have both helped me with my daughter’s iPhone 13. We had purchased a refurbished one on Amazon. However it was defective. They tried to replaced the battery and it still wasn’t working so they told me to get a refund. They didn’t charge me anything. I was so impressed how trust worthy and honest they were. We just came in the shop today as we were able to get a refund on that phone. Bought some more items from them today because I want to give them all my business
