  This place gave us amazing customer service. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They sell a huge variety of phones and can fix any device. They made my daughter extremely happy. She loves the new phone that she just got for her birthday! I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable used phone.

  After running around all of Orange County and being told, my phone is unrepairable due to the LCD damage, I finally decided to give up on the dream of it being repaired. That’s when I stumbled upon Melex! I had seen great reviews online and thought I’d give it a shot. Originally, I had come to trade in my phone and buy a new one. After taking a look at my phone, MJ made the impossible POSSIBLE. He told me he would be able to replace both screens. I was so excited to keep my phone (especially since I’m still paying it off) and have both the front and the back repaired for a great price. My total came to $257 and I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome and experience. He had quoted about a 40 minute wait time, but nailed it out in about 20. I am now a huge fan of this place, and I will most definitely be a long term customer!! :)
