  Auto Kings in Bend is hands down a five-star spot. I’m 21, and after checking out a few of the bigger dealerships around town, I was pretty used to feeling like I was just being shuffled through a process. Technically “helped,” I guess, but not actually listened to. Car buying can feel intimidating at my age, and that definitely didn’t make it easier. Walking into Auto Kings felt completely different. Their sales team treated me like a real person from the jump. Everyone I talked to was friendly, patient, and actually paid attention to what I needed instead of trying to push me outside my budget or goals. They answered all my questions without making me feel dumb or rushed, which is rare when you’re a younger buyer. The people in both sales and service were just solid humans all around. They helped me stay within my guidelines, made the whole process way smoother than I expected, and genuinely seemed to care about getting me into the right car rather than just any car. If you’re tired of the assembly-line vibe you get at some places in town, Auto Kings is a breath of fresh air. Respectful, chill, and honestly just great people. I’d recommend them to anyone.

  After not having a very good experience with several of my local dealerships in CA, I accidentally stumbled upon a listing for my dream car (I was specifically looking for a Rav 4 in the Lunar Rock color) in Bend, OR. I immediately inquired, and had my bend family check out the car for me. I made the 11 hr drive after both the dealership, and my family made me feel confident in my potential purchase. From the first point of contact, to test driving, and signing paperwork, I appreciated the no-pressure process and the great communication from Auto Kings. 10/10 would recommend Auto Kings, and definitely would purchase from them again in the future.

  I was really excited to look here because of all the five-star reviews. That was not my experience however. The salesperson was very nice but they could not find the key to the car that I wanted to test drive. I named my second choice for which they had a key but they couldn't find the car on the lot. They eventually did find it. The salesperson, who said he had man years working at the Subaru dealer, was unable to tell me the difference between the 22 and 23 models. This turned out to be a good thing for me because Subaru had a car come on the lot with fewer miles and I ended up buying that. It does seem like these guys are a good alternative to dealers but they definitely were not in my case.
