I waited on writing this review until we received the registration and title work and to put the car through it's paces driving around a bit. It's been about a month now. I'm extremely pleased thus far. Went with my son to buy a car. Settled on a little red Kia Spectra5 that was in very good shape for the year, mileage, and price. Process was quick, fees were reasonable, car was extremely clean. Title and registration arrived in a timely fashion and the car has been running great. I appreciate the fact we weren't being up sold, finessed, or outright lied to. Would do business with again.
Car buying can be a stressful experience and rudy and the team at noble did such an awesome job from start to finish making this one of the easiest and relaxing experiences in my life! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very unprofessional Martin just wanted a sale taking advantage of a family who truly needed help, there was blood stains on the back seat and my husband mentioned many times to please remove the stain as we have kids and putting a big down payment, the blood stain was still there we had to get a professional car detailer to remove it and took less then 3 minutes just to show how they never cared to clean the stain they just wanted the sale, sadly it costed us to get that detailed and reached out before hand to see if they can fix the issue Martin just ignore my messages and just respond to my husband when he had to reach out again since nothing was done, the gas was almost empty, dirty blood stains, shoot my credit over 100 points when I was told it was only gonna get pulled once these people just wanted the money before the money they didn’t help us at all even with a small down payment but once we mentioned we had a larger down payment they got on it, I had always had good experience with other car dealerships but with this one it was horrible I am not happy.
