  • Disappointed. They got my car going. Cost was way more than expected and the broke the lcd screen inside my car and, of course, blamed me. Service manager’s uncle’s car did the same thing so it is my problem. Went there in perfect shame cones out broken. I store the car inside, he said happens to cars stored outside. Not his problem. Beware. I’ll be out another $500 because of these guys. They know they broke the screen but do not care.

  • Service tech Josh was outstanding! He communicated effectively with me providing updates through the process of working with Dodge to replace my AC evaporator under warranty and figured out how to fix the Y47 recall for windshield adhesive in less than a week that another employee tried for months and never did figure out. Josh deserves a raise and promotion! Great job and I will be asking for Josh from now on!
