  I had a really great experience buying my Jeep Wrangler from Cutter Dodge Jeep in Pearl City. From start to finish, the process felt straightforward, honest, and easy to navigate. Ace was the salesperson who helped me with the test drive. He is also a veteran, which I appreciated, and he came across as very down-to-earth, helpful, and genuine. He was easy to talk to, and I never felt like he was putting on a show or pressuring me. Derek, the sales manager, was also very helpful and real throughout the process. He worked with me in a way that felt fair and respectful, and I appreciated how he helped make the deal work. I also worked with Kai in finance. He was professional, helpful, and made the finance side of things feel smooth. Buying a vehicle always has that dealership dynamic where they are there to sell and you are there to buy, but I genuinely did not feel like I was being swindled or pushed into something. It felt like everyone was doing their best to work with me and put together a deal that everyone could walk away from feeling good about.   Don’t bring your car in this dealership for repairs. Our Dodge Charger had an Electrical issue with the taillights. Our service advisor was Brenda and she can be sketchy and just want to milk as much money from you. As soon as she checked out our vehicle, the first thing she says is that we have to pay $250 regardless if they find something wrong with our car or not. You basically have to pay that $250 for being at that dealership. She points out unnecessary problems in your car and offers you to fix it. When we went back to the dealership to check on the vehicle status, she said they never worked on it yet and offered they work on it now. We pulled out the vehicle due to long wait and somehow didn’t charge us that $250 she has been yapping about.
