  • I liked the car I got, but the shipping delay was unreasonable and ended up having to ship myself. I was also expecting reconditioning and a full detail of the vehicle since it was over 30,000$ but it arrived dirty, I had to take all the seats apart and clean it out with vacuum, carpet cleaner, there were still personal belongings left from previous owner, trash and cockroaches as well as spills in the cup holders and on the walls. I had to vacuum, carpet clean, wipe down, followed by a thorough seat clean, and armor all. I ozonated it twice and put 5 cockroach traps overall spending like 12 hours before I would want to drive it around.

  • Integrity, Honor, and Trustworthiness are beliefs I take very personally. In this case a person (or dealership) who honors their commitments and keeps their promises. That is what Mike and Kobee did and why I don't give this review lightly. In this supply chain issue riddled sellers market they could have pushed their position. Instead, not only did they honor our agreement but even made it better. That is the true sign of professionalism in a customer service business that often forgets basic human values. They have earned my business and Loyalty and I am glad to use word of mouth to spread their accolades. At least give them a shot for yourself and see. There is a reason they won best in 21.

  • Where to start… We dropped off our Jeep the night of May 26. 2025, due to it dying out of nowhere in the Ala Moana parking Garage. Had it towed to Cutter that night and came in the next morning to see if they can take a look at it. Four days later, we called to see if they figured out what’s wrong, we were in a time crunch, due to us having to ship the vehicle off Island that following Monday, 6/02/25. Long story short, it turned out to be the High voltage Battery , that needed to be replaced. I already had it in the shop 3 prior times for recalls on said battery. On August/2/25 it was finally ready for pick up. We had someone pick it up for us, the new Battery wasn’t even charged, and before we were able to pick it up, we had to either buy a Battery thru them for $700+ or somewhere else and install it. We than were told they already took the old battery out, and charged us a labor fee. 2 month of waiting and they want to screw a customer like that. The main issue was under warranty and it took them forever to figure out who approves what. In the meantime we had to go without a vehicle for the most part. I never had an issue with them, but these last 2+ month have been extremely stressful and there was no communication coming from them. We had to call numerous times with no answer. CJDR need to do better by there customers, this type of nonsense has cost you a long time Jeep owner to sell and never look back! STAY AWAY FROM CUTTER!!!
