  I liked the car I got, but the shipping delay was unreasonable and ended up having to ship myself. I was also expecting reconditioning and a full detail of the vehicle since it was over 30,000$ but it arrived dirty, I had to take all the seats apart and clean it out with vacuum, carpet cleaner, there were still personal belongings left from previous owner, trash and cockroaches as well as spills in the cup holders and on the walls. I had to vacuum, carpet clean, wipe down, followed by a thorough seat clean, and armor all. I ozonated it twice and put 5 cockroach traps overall spending like 12 hours before I would want to drive it around.

  Integrity, Honor, and Trustworthiness are beliefs I take very personally. In this case a person (or dealership) who honors their commitments and keeps their promises. That is what Mike and Kobee did and why I don't give this review lightly. In this supply chain issue riddled sellers market they could have pushed their position. Instead, not only did they honor our agreement but even made it better. That is the true sign of professionalism in a customer service business that often forgets basic human values. They have earned my business and Loyalty and I am glad to use word of mouth to spread their accolades. At least give them a shot for yourself and see. There is a reason they won best in 21.

  I watched an employee damage another persons car by slamming my car door into theirs. The employee was preforming an intake on my car that had just been delivered via tow and when the employee opened my car door it was slammed it into another car. It was a very audible smack so I said something and sure enough, paint was missing from both cars. I asked if the black jeeps owner would be notified and if the black jeep would be fixed as well. I was told both cars would be fixed but the employee seemed to be sweeping the situation under the rug even after admitting fault. When I picked up my car, the employee also made a big show about putting my car out front ‘so no one would hit you car with their doors again’ Which wasn’t what happened at all and seems to me the employee made a false report to get my car fixed. I posting this so hopefully the other owner (the black jeep) can see this review and can see for themselves if their car was fixed as well. I would hate to pick my car up thinking the Cutter of Pearl city fixed my car, just to find out I now need a paint job. Also, I’m 100% sure they just cleared my dash and jumped my car instead of fixing it. I was originally told it would take at least 2 business days for anyone to look at it and I got it back less than 24 hours later and was basically ushered out of the dealership very quickly when picking up my car. Also during the vehicle’s intake, a different employee tried opening my hood via brute force instead of using the latch release button inside the car, under the dash. I had to ask him to stop and tell him there was a latch in the car to open the hood. Should automobile techs know this? I’m afraid my hood is going to fly up while I’m driving now. In my opinion, these people are not trustworthy.
