  • So far my experience hasn’t been that great. I bought a vehicle 32 days ago after getting concerned and couldn’t make contact with anyone on the only number they offer, I contacted my local DMV office to see why I hadn’t received my windshield sticker. They ran my plate number that was issued to me by Berton auto group and they said no info had been submitted. After finally talking to someone, he said my sticker would be available the next day for an extra $20 mailing fee that was not ever discussed and there is no paperwork I received showing I declined such a service. I did pay for TTL. I live 3 hours away and he still refuses to mail me my sticker without an extra charge. I have filed a complaint with the DMV and submitted all of my paperwork to a DMV investigator.From there we will seek small claims court settlement. For you that don’t know they have a 30 day window to submit paperwork for your title and windshield sticker. Which in this case didn’t happen according to the DMV. I will keep it updated.
