  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Messaging with someone for two days about a truck here and trading in ours. Confirmed an apt time, showed up and there was no sales team here. Apparently they are out for the whole week even though we were told differently. Then we get in the “diesel” truck we were inquiring about to test drive it and it’s 1. Not a diesel and 2 the check engine light is on. What a waste of time and two plus hour drive. Terrible business, don’t waste your time.

  • The only shop I go to for my car needs for 4 years now! I love them so much. They provide amazing customer service, are 100% honest and I can trust them wholeheartedly, as a mechanic myself I don't trust easily and am very picky who I let work on my baby, and when I get caught up in life the service crew at Sensible are the only ones I let repair my car when I need it, and they even went the extra mile on giving me a ride to get my car when they finished when I asked. I love and appreciate their kindness so much. They also did everything in a timely manner and very reasonable with pricing. Thank you Curt and Sensible family for everything! 🥹 Y'all have our business for life!
