I’ll not buy from anywhere else so long as we live in Washington. They do thorough inspections of the used vehicles & provide the inspection reports. Truly no haggling needed, their inventory is aggressively priced against the market and no hidden dealership or admin fees. Salesman Mike was low pressure, as the dealership promises. Finance manager was meticulous and asked us before we went back if we wanted to see extended warranty options or not, he didn’t wait for us to be trapped back there with him to force it on us. Once in the finance office it was smooth sailing, uncomplicated, and again… no weird sales tactics typically experienced at other dealerships. USAA actually took longer than he did! Our kids were with us, they were getting antsy & bored, but no one there treated it as an issue at all. Thank you all so much for the best sales experience we’ve ever had! Completely worth the drive down and one happy Dad going into Father’s Day Weekend! Fun side note: the kids gave him the custom comic they made for him about his dream truck this morning, hours before his email pinged the saved search he had for this exact truck. Serendipitous timing 😁 shared some of the pages from the comic

The road trip back to Texas was amazing and my daughter and I made some lifetime memories, A great decision we made instead of paying the $3000 shipping to Texas.
