  • Mullinax Ford is ALWAYS the dealership to do business with if you need a new vehicle. Their up front pricing and transparency makes the buyer feel welcome and well informed. Their staff knows exactly how to treat their customers with respect and have deep knowledge on the vehicles they are selling. This is the second purchase I have made through them and will continue doing business with Mullinax. I wanted to personally recommend Tom Keefe. He was such a professional and down to earth salesman. Honestly, doing business with Tom feels more like a conversation with a close friend. Making the switch from a diesel truck back to a gas vehicle left me with some questions. Tom not only answered them but brought up others things to consider that were going to benefit my purchase and ownership of the vehicle. Seek out Tom for a smooth and reliable salesman when doing business here. Everyone is a safe bet, but Tom will make the purchase feel that much better.

  • Buying a car from Mullinax Ford Of Olympia was the best experience buying car I have ever had. The entire staff were wonderful but particularly Ian Knight, Jon Robinson and Chad in finance. They make you feel like you are family. They gave us space to shop around, waited for us to instigate conversation, and went above and beyond through the entire process. Would buy from them every time! This is coming from someone who avoided car lots in the past and dreaded the process. Bought a beautiful Bronco!!
