  • We worked with Franklin to purchase a RAV4 for our daughter. The communication was clear and thorough but never pushy like most car salesmen have reputations for. He had the car we were interested in pulled up and ready for the test drive. Franklin walked us through the options and warranties for the car leaving us to feel fully informed and confident in making the purchase. Rafael in finance was unlike any other finance person. Quick and no games. Respected our time and wishes for completing the sale. In and out with what we felt was a good deal in less than 2 1/2 hours. We will not hesitate to return to both Franklin and Rafael for any future Toyota purchases. At no point did we feel any pressure or old school sales tactics. Thankful for such a pleasant experience.

  • I came to Winter Park Toyota for routine vehicle maintenance (only had an oil change and tire rotation done) for the first time due to some used cars I saw online and was potentially interested in (which weren’t even at the lot btw). I left only to find a dent in my passenger side bumper and the left side of the bumper is coming off of my car, as shown in the pictures. Then, I come to find out my glove compartment was a mess and had been meddled with, the door will barely shut close and I have to use force to do so, despite no work being requested regarding the glove compartment. Now, I have to go back on Monday to drop my car off and switch to a rental until they fix whatever they did to my car. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. If this is how they take care of the cars coming in for maintenance, I can only imagine how the used cars are taken care of at this dealership! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Edit: after four total visits, I was able to speak to the General Manager. I expressed my frustrations with the GM , who seemed like a really nice guy. However, I was set up with a salesman that showed me a used truck that was going to increase my loan balance, which is something that I made clear I was wanting to do the opposite of, which was very frustrating, especially after the General Manager said he would take care of the pricing, but I don’t think any of it went through him from the salesman. The last time I brought it up here they claimed they fixed their mistake only for my passenger side bumper to return to the same state where they originally damaged it less than 24 hours later. I would not trust their sales team or their maintenance crew, as if the issue persists and the damage is not fixed to how it was before, I will be looking into a small claims court suit.
