I got the truck i wanted, he helped get the price negotiated and was pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend anyone looking to ask for him. The dealership was also fast to process things after the purchase and they helped coordinate follow up tint. After looking for about a month they had the best prices in the greater Austin and surrounding areas. Will look here again in the future. It's the second vehicle I've purchased from them. .

  I recently purchased a used 2024 Camry at AutoNation Toyota South Austin and had a fantastic experience with Kemy P. I walked in on a Thursday at 7:15pm without an appointment, and Kemy didn't hesitate to jump in and help. I made it clear from the start that I wasn't going to purchase anything that night; I was just curious about the inventory. Kemy assured me he just wanted to help me find the perfect vehicle and had no problem browsing inventory and letting me test drive two different cars, despite how late it was. Since I’m currently working seven days a week, that kind of flexibility was key for me. The last time I bought a car was over 10 years ago, and I was fully expecting to feel pressured or rushed. Luckily, Kemy was the opposite. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns without ever making me feel like I had to say "yes" right then. He presented both options in a detailed manner, walked me through the CARFAX reports, and encouraged me to take my time to think about what I valued most. I decided to move forward with the Camry the next day. Because I was excited to get the ball rolling, I stopped by again after work on Friday. Kemy worked with me to secure the best interest rate and made sure I had all the information necessary to feel confident in my decision. Even though it was past 9pm by the time we finished the paperwork, Kemy made sure I could come back the next day to have the car washed, detailed, and fueled up. This was the second dealership I visited during my search, and the experience here was night and day.
