  • I buy this beautiful pick up truck 2008 ford 250 and I get approved and next day I take it to work. I was so happy until I saw a lot of smoke! I saw a gas station and make a stop. I call Pablo and explain what happened and he just say bring it back to the dealer we are going to fix it! So I went back ! This next day before 5:30 pm they call me and say is ready!! I went back to the dealer and take my beautiful pickup truck back no problem! They fix it Thank you so much Pablo and the owner for fast service and amazing customer service!!!!! Thank you so much!!

  • I had an excellent experience at black stallion auto sales! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. The car was exactly as described, and I never felt pressured or rushed. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and honest people.

  • I really wanted to like Black Stallion Auto Sales, but my experience was a complete letdown. While the team was friendly and the process was quick—shoutout to Faddy for being pleasant—that’s about the only positive thing I can say. I went in to look at a 2004 Honda Pilot, and when I took it for a test drive, Sam (the Salesman) made me turn around after just a block—less than 3 minutes behind the wheel! That should have been my first red flag. They had it listed for $5,000, but I ended up purchasing it for $3,500, which is still double the blue book value if the car had been in decent condition. After I bought it, I ran a Carfax report and was shocked to find out the true mileage was actually 393k—way more than the 163k they claimed. They didn’t disclose this at all, and when I confronted them, Sam still insisted it had 163k until I showed him the report. Talk about shady practices! When I brought the car home, I quickly discovered that the horn didn’t work. As I inspected further, I found that both the steering wheel and A-pillar airbags had been CUT OUT. To make matters worse, the check engine and airbags lights were conveniently non-functional. After just 120 miles of driving after a fresh transmission fluid change, i found that the fluid was already burnt and low. Since the Check Engine Light wasn’t on for obvious reasons I did not check the codes with a scanner when buying the car. A local independent shop found 2 Catalytic Converter Codes, an EGR code, and most importantly multiple Torque Converter codes indicating the car needed a new transmission. Their excuse? “It was a trade-in.” As if that justifies everything! The exterior was another letdown. It looked like it had been sprayed with rattle can paint, and there were runs all over. I can overlook some cosmetic issues, but the lack of transparency and the dangerous safety problems really crossed the line for me. Overall, I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. This whole experience felt incredibly shady, and I wouldn't recommend Black Stallion Auto Sales to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
