My experience with Mazzei was very positive. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a young man named Zach who was very professional, polite and helpful. He was a little new to the team but was able to get help from a senior sales associate (Tim) who was also very helpful, friendly and took the time to explain the process. They, a long with a sales manager worked diligently to get me a satisfactory car payment at the end! The Finance dept was also very detailed in explaining everything and was not pushy at all when asking if we wanted to purchase other warranty packages. I give this a 5 because there wasn’t one negative thing about my experience!
Our salesperson Michael made our experience wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, personable, and just an all around a good guy. We were both very pleased that he was the sales agent who approached us right when we got to the dealership. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed. He stayed many hours after closing to make sure that we understood the vehicles features. Steve the sales manager was also very easy to work with. These two made the purchasing experience seamless.
A Heaven Send!! I was in a difficult situation with my previous car loan. I mean in desperate need of finding another vehicle fast. I looked up a dealer in a whole different city, and Mezzai popped up. I searched, called to inquire about what I thought would be best for me and Ron answered the phone. I could immediately tell that I was in great hands. I came in and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I met with Ron and he was very welcoming, understanding of my realistic expectations and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal for me. Not just a salesman. He treated My Mom and I like family. I am grateful for the collaboration that Ron and Russ had to make this purchase happen. They will forever be the Dynamic Duo! Long story short I got way more than I had imagined was possible. Ron and Russell have a direct connection with the man upstairs because there is NO WAY that this could have happened any other way. Can’t forget about Ryan! He was so kind, very pleasant and easy to work with. I’ve never given money up that fast and felt great about it 🤣. If anyone is looking for a great dealership… Look no further. Mazzei is IT!!
