  • My experience with Mazzei was very positive. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a young man named Zach who was very professional, polite and helpful. He was a little new to the team but was able to get help from a senior sales associate (Tim) who was also very helpful, friendly and took the time to explain the process. They, a long with a sales manager worked diligently to get me a satisfactory car payment at the end! The Finance dept was also very detailed in explaining everything and was not pushy at all when asking if we wanted to purchase other warranty packages. I give this a 5 because there wasn’t one negative thing about my experience!

  • Our salesperson Michael made our experience wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, personable, and just an all around a good guy. We were both very pleased that he was the sales agent who approached us right when we got to the dealership. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed. He stayed many hours after closing to make sure that we understood the vehicles features. Steve the sales manager was also very easy to work with. These two made the purchasing experience seamless.
