  • Excellent service and the person who received my vehicle was so professional from the beginning until my car was ready, she responded all my questions and provided in details all the services done to my car. By the way if you are looking for a new car this is the time to get one, Ford is offering a good deal with excellent deals.

  • Stay away from here , especially if you're a female going alone! Took my car here for a simple recall, immediately after picking my car up there was a weird noise, they told me to bring it back ,kept my car for weeks , told me 3 different things and finally told me it was my "transmission" I purchased my car through carvanna 2 months ago so that didn't seem right. However they quoted me 7K! Even brung up me trading the car in. So I took it elsewhere and got my transmission replaced. (Transmission experts on western, EXCELLENT SERVICE ) . Thats done , MY CAR WAS STILL MAKING THE NOISE IT WAS MAKING WHEN I GOT IT FROM FORD. So today I took it back to ford and told them my transmission was replaced and the problem is still therr . Within 2 hours they found one of my "vacuum hose was disconnected" . Then goes to blame the transmission place saying they didnt reconnect it. Which is false, the only reason I went to Transmission experts is because of the noise it was making AFTER FORD DID THE RECALL. SO FORD WAS THE ONES TO DISCONNECT THE HOSE . So if I were to pay the 7k , they would have simply just reconnected the hose and charged me that money for that simple issue. Not to mention I told them it sounded like a hose wasn't connected. So yeah , don't recommend. Thats really wrong lol , be careful ladies! ( don't care for you guys excuses, i'll never return )
