  • Metro Ford Sales has once again completely wasted my time. I made an appointment two days in advance, showed up as scheduled, and then sat at your service department for another two hours waiting. Only after all of that, you finally told me, “Sorry, we don’t have a diesel mechanic.” This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Why are you scheduling appointments for diesel vehicles if you do not even have a diesel mechanic available? You wasted my day, my time, and my fuel because of your poor communication and lack of basic organization. This is not the first time I have been left waiting because of your service department. Customers should not have to lose an entire day just to find out that you cannot perform the service they booked in advance.

  • Brought my vehicle in for recall work, waited close to 30 minutes just to be checked in, I left my vehicle here for a couple of days, they were unable to complete all the recalls, I can’t be car-less forever, no loaner offered, come to pick up my car, another 30 minutes of waiting in line, again. No one here has a sense of urgency or customer service. Will start taking my vehicle elsewhere for service.

  • Excellent service and the person who received my vehicle was so professional from the beginning until my car was ready, she responded all my questions and provided in details all the services done to my car. By the way if you are looking for a new car this is the time to get one, Ford is offering a good deal with excellent deals.
