  • Absolutely would not recommend. I worked with someone named Steven and he would not give me vehicle pricing information when I reached out about a specific car. All I wanted were pricing options to finance or lease the car, but he kept insisting that I had to come to the dealership to get that information. Literally wouldn't give me even general pricing information (besides what was already listed on the website) even though we were already communicating by phone and text. Also, when I tried to just confirm the sale price for the vehicle which was advertised on Metro's website twice - with two different prices, he refused to acknowledge the second ad with the lower price. I mean, if it's wrong, just say it's wrong and the actual price of the car is $XX. But he refused to acknowledge that it was there entirely and kept telling me, "Oh, you probably need to clear your cache." Like, sir - I've looked this car up on my phone, laptop, and in multiple browsers. And I've cleared my cache. It's not that. Your dealership either made a mistake and posted it twice - or it's just misrepresenting the price of the car and hoping to pull a bait and switch. Our whole interaction felt like he was trying to withhold information / gaslight me so I would have to come into the dealership and would go along with whatever he said. I know car selling is a business, but if you already have an interested customer, don't try to manipulate them into buying a car - how about having good customer service and transparent pricing, so people who are already interested in a car will buy the car? I was really interested in buying the car I reached out about but would never buy from Metro Ford because I'm not giving my money to anyone who tries to pressure and manipulate me into making a decision just so they can make a commission.

  • Check-in was easy and my Technician Jesse did a great job as always. His personal touch and mindfulness for what is best for the customer is remarkable.

  • Should be more like 0 stars! first Tony, very unprofessional and ignorant came in for a 2016 mustang gt and he took us like a joke. Ended up buying the car and Tony said " its inspected fully" turns out it NEEDED STRUTS, CONTROL ARMS, TIRES, REAR SHOCK and not to mentioned the car was not stock under the hood and the amount of rust and bad camber the car came with. They agreed to fix my struts and control arms. Raul the used sales car manager ended up doing the Struts and turns out those struts are binding are were not good. a whole month passed by and i have heard regarding the control arms or the struts again. ended up wasting around $900 for everything, not to mention the time and ignorance i received. And to this day i haven’t heard anything even regarding the the hazard that the control arms could be moved by YOUR OWN HAND. FYI ive called this place multiple times and used car sale manager Raul never give me a time. nobody ever helps with this
