  • I usually wait about a month before I do a review on a purchase to see how the dealer treats a customer when the deal is closed. The purchase process was smooth, however, with extenuating family circumstances, I needed the vehicle delivered. It arrived missing 1 lug nut on each wheel. I ordered the parts directly from the manufacturer and was told I would be reimbursed. Since then, I've been ghosted. The engine air filters were not replaced nor was the in cabin air filter, seems like such a small detail but it shows a great lack of integrity in my opinion. Check your purchase carefully. I was told delivery would be at 3:30 in the afternoon but it ended up being after dark.

  • I had a good experience here with Alex G. The car I came home with is a Toyota Yaris. It drives well, looks good, and will hopefully last me years to come. The process of buying this Yaris was pretty smooth, just expect to be there for a good minute which is to be expected when buying cars. There was no rushing or pressuring me which I appreciated because I had a bad experience with one of their sister locations where they made me feel like my credit wasn't good & they took forever to give me the out the door price even when I was there in person! So, I reccomend speaking with Alex G here at California Motor Trade. He will explain things understandably & confidently.
