OMG Arsalan was Great. He worked with my husband and I on our needs for what type of furniture we wanted and what size to fit in our home comfortably. He was so patient and polite and nice . The delivery was on time and Steve I believe that is his name, he was great in setting up everything and making sure it work correctly. I mean the furniture is beautiful brand new out the box. I had the opportunity to visit this store as I was shopping for a coffee table. Although I went in looking for furniture I found great customer service from Patricia! Patricia is warm, friendly and very welcoming. She showed me furniture and what they offered on and beyond the showroom floor. She is personable and professional. I ended up returning to purchase another item that I really liked but the best part was meeting Ms. Patricia!
I first did business with this company back in 2018 and I’m a repeat customer, more than twice! I didn’t have the negative experiences others did, I’ve always been greeted upon entry and given the best deals by the owner himself. It’s unfortunate if others didn’t receive the same. I will continue to shop and send referrals. They have earned my business which isn’t an easy thing to do!
