  • I finally feel comfortable telling my experience…if you are buying a car for the first time do NOT go here. I got my first car ever from them…unfortunately the back cabin light didn’t work. The transmission had to be replaced within a year of having my car. Leaving me stuck on a hill in SF. The brakes went out in the first year of having my car. Almost causing an accident. Do you see the trend? I asked for car-fax’s when I first saw the car, I seen no issues. Something different isn’t right about that paperwork…but that’s a bigger issue.I would have gave it back but they make you put a larger deposit in order to do that. Overall on repairs I’ve spent a large amount of money. I’m finally glad to be out of that car and in a 2025. Go to a dealership like Nissan not this backyard dealership with predatory contracts and outrageous arps(27% to be exact) . (Tbf all dealerships are scammy but there’s levels) Very shady business. I haven’t even mentioned the customer service being absolutely terrible with male egos and poor people skills. I should have known to not get that car when I had to ask for it to be cleaned and still found a cig in my backseat…I don’t smoke those……vs my new dealership who gave me free oil changes for a year….if I’m spending a lot of money and supporting a locally owned business should you offer some type of benefit not attitudes. Edited: Their responses to valid criticism (cause why are you selling cars you know will have issues? ) lacks accountability and clearly are passive aggressive. Didn’t even address all my points. I haven’t even include all the issues with my car in this review because it would have been too long. My main issue with this company is they lack integrity. All about a buck in my opinion. They knew the car would have major issues and still sold it to me. It’s my fault for not having the knowledge when buying a used car especially from a place like this. I will enjoy my new car and company who values my business. Thank you😊
