Absolutely awful experience. They are all nice at first, sure. The cars seem to be in good working order. But I haven't even owned this car a month, and I've had non stop issues. My A/C stopped working, I've had lifter tick, 3 quarts of oil lost every day leaking, the door locks broke, I've had 3 cylinder misfires, reduced engine power and fuel economy dropped from 35 mpg to 4 mpg. My transmission has had difficulty shifting, stability system broke, traction control broke, tire pressure monitoring system broke. Then I spent over $1000 fixing the thing, and then just today, a week after fixing the issues, they come right back. The car is completely undrivable now as it stalls when trying to go, and if you can get it to go, it will only go up to 25 mph. I've contacted them multiple times and each time it's that they'll call me back (they don't), they didn't know of any issues before the purchase or anything, and they won't help me, other than have me bring the car back to them and pay them to fix it. Which, I don't trust them to fix the car nor do I feel obligated to have to pay for a car that started breaking after 2 weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
Highly recommend these guys!!! Super easy process and great customer service came in as a first time buyer with no credit and Mario helped work out a deal hassle free even topped up the truck with some gas before I left! Great experience overall
Mario is a good business man and an honest man. A MAN of his word. He is fair and will work with you. We have purchased 1 SUV, 2 cars and an RV from him. All vehicles are in good-great condition. He does not try to cheat you. We have also recommended people here. We will always give our business to Mario at Super Auto Sales.
