  • Stay away from F2 Motor Sales. I traded in my 2017 Ford Explorer with the explicit agreement that the dealership would pay off the existing loan. That never happened. The loan is still in my name, payments have been made late or inconsistently, and I’ve suffered credit damage, late fees, constant collection calls, and additional penalties as a direct result. This was not a misunderstanding — the dealership acknowledged responsibility for the payments multiple times and still failed to properly resolve the situation. The paperwork tied to this deal is also deeply concerning. The vehicle was taken and transferred, yet the loan payoff and release of liability were not properly handled, leaving me financially exposed. I made multiple good-faith attempts to fix this, including offering to repurchase the vehicle or restructure the deal. Nothing was properly resolved. At this point, I have escalated the matter formally and am moving forward with legal action. If you value your credit, your time, and your money, do not do business with this dealership. Verify everything independently and do not rely on verbal promises. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against any transaction with F2 Motor Sales.
