I recently purchased a 4Runner from this dealership, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. What really set them apart was their willingness to meet me on a Sunday—even though they were technically closed—just to accommodate my schedule. That level of customer service is rare. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, with everything clearly explained and no unnecessary delays or pressure. The team was knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely easy to work with. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with people who actually value your time, I highly recommend them. Jorge we will be back to buy another!
I was not expecting to bring home a car today when I left my home ...we were just looking and gathering information for a later date. But Mr Martinez (Jorge) the owner was exceptionally patient and empathetic he explained every thing before we signed it. (No rushing ,hassle free) his establishment was coffee ready with a pleasing atmosphere. His car choices were appealing and pleasingly priced. I have been buying cars for some time now but this was a car buying experience any one looking to buy a car should experience. I met Mrs Martinez and she was just as professional as her husband. My husband and I are very happy with our car and the really good buying experience ☺️. If you are looking for a car without the usual hassle visit SR Auto Collection. The Reids.
I recently purchased my 2015 Toyota four runner SR5 from here. Jorge was fantastic so friendly, informative on not only just the car but advise for financing and other things as well. I can not recommend this place enough!
