  • Just a short note to share what a wonderful buying experience I had, particularly from the perspective of an out of state (NY) buyer of a used vehicle. Ralph and his staff were brilliant throughout. I was particularly impressed by their honesty in sharing with me that the car needed a few things repairing, that were not obvious from the online photos. When I found out about the 'triple radiator change' on the Carfax I was fearing the worst about the infamous Porsche $9000 water pump repair. Ralp suggested that Carfax had made a mistake and you he was correct (I called the radiator place as he suggested). I was on the fence about buying an extended warranty and Nate was great explaining which policy was the right one for me, and providing me with all the small print. As part of my purchase price (paying an additional $1500), Ralph agreed to doing a baseline service but he went above and beyond. I thought Team Nissan were only going to replace the front pads, windscreen and fix the bumper scratch. I was shocked when I turned up and they had done all the brakes, fluid & filter changes etc all to the tune of $6000 worth of servicing. And they gave me a full tank of gas. Also, Nate walked me through the 'lien on the title' issue and resolved all my issues immediately. Lastly, I really appreciate all the help Christine gave me, particularly texting me even on her day off! She is a superstar. I contacted the previous owner of the Porsche, and he agreed completely that Team Nissan is really well run, very professional, and specifically mentioned Christine as being brilliant. Well done Team Nissan!
