I received a video, test drive over FaceTime, and an assurance that the vehicle would make it the 500+ mile trip. It has almost 10000 miles more than when I bought it and continues to run despite my best efforts to trip it up. The only issue was that I left without the title and it took family stopping by on a road trip to pick it up. It seemed like I was put on the back burner after calling multiple times
