  I bought an 8" duct muffler from this company on eBay. It was the cheapest I could find and it arrived in new condition. I also like that I am the only positive review.

  They lied about the condition of the item. When I got home and took the item apart, I found out parts were missing. They pull parts out to fix other other unit then sell whatever is left, which is fine if they don't lie in the description and say I need to rewire something.

  Called to inquire on a blind bearing puller set for purchase at their place of business. The only useful information gleaned from the representative that answered was NOT TO ORDER, RELY OR OTHERWISE DEPEND ON THE INFINITY SOURCE INC. BRAND FOR ANYTHING! I know I will be taking my business elsewhere...This representative was clearly not trained at all in any essence or capacity to be working for a Tool Company...OR she didn't care at all.
